These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calypso Health website at calypsoai.health and related waitlist or early-access communications (the “Site”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. This is a draft for early waitlist use and should be reviewed by counsel before you rely on it legally.
Who we are
Calypso Health (“Calypso,” “we,” “us”) is building a thyroid-aware wellness companion for mood, cycle patterns, labs, and research-grounded guidance. The Site currently offers product information and a waitlist for TestFlight / early access.
Not medical advice
Calypso does not diagnose conditions, recommend medication changes, or replace care from your clinician. Content on the Site is for general information and personal education only. Always talk with a qualified healthcare provider about your health decisions.
Waitlist and early access
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot, timeline, or invitation.
- We may contact you by email about TestFlight, early access, or product updates.
- You can unsubscribe anytime by emailing us.
- Features described on the Site may change before launch.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its operation
- Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content except as allowed by law or with our written permission
Intellectual property
The Calypso name, logo, Site design, and content are owned by Calypso Health or its licensors. You may not use our marks or materials without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calypso Health and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
