FAQ

Answers about Calypso, early access, care boundaries, and connected devices.

What is Calypso Health?

Calypso is a thyroid-aware companion for people living with Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism, and related conditions. It brings mood, cycle patterns, and lab trends into one private place, with research-grounded guidance from Calypso Assistant.

Who is it for?

Calypso is designed for people who want a calmer way to track how they feel day to day, notice patterns over time, and keep labs and personal notes together. It is built with Hashimoto’s in mind, but it is not a diagnosis tool and it does not replace your clinician.

How does the waitlist work?

Join with your email on the waitlist. We’re preparing a TestFlight beta for iPhone and will reach out when a spot opens. No spam, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

When will I get TestFlight access?

Access is rolled out in waves as we expand the beta. Timing depends on capacity and testing needs. If you’re on the waitlist, you’ll hear from us at hello@calypsoai.health when it’s your turn.

Is Calypso a doctor or medical device?

No. Calypso does not diagnose conditions, recommend medication changes, or replace care from your clinician. Insights are for your personal health record and education. Always talk with your healthcare provider about treatment decisions.

Can I connect Apple Health or Oura?

Yes. Calypso is designed to connect with Apple Health and Oura Ring so activity, sleep, and related signals can sit alongside your mood, cycle, and labs. Connections are optional and under your control.
